She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Petersen; her parents, Paul Turcotte and Camille Turcotte; and her siblings, Robert, Peter Turcotte, Pauline Turcotte, Annmarie Richards, Ruth Carney, Camille Sullivan and Lucille Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Petersen, Jr. (Sandra), Maureen (John Daniell), Kim Hapenny, Elise Petersen and Helene; her grandchildren, Gregory Daniell (Kelly), Michael Daniell (Michelle), Jessica Katsoulis (Dimitri), James Petersen, III (Vanessa), Heleene Agrella (Eddy Eisenberg), Taylor and Tyler Hapenny; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Rose Daniell, Kaylee, Alivia Katsoulis, Ava, Anna, Adrian and Adam Daniell.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (115 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863).
