He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ryan and Molly Ryan (Davidson); his son Michael Joseph Ryan Jr.; and his siblings, Donald, Thomas, Edward, Robert Ryan, Maureen Moldoch, Barbara Silva, Agnes Wojcukiewicz and Sheila Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Ryan (Lally); his brother William Ryan of Lowell, MA; his daughters, Mary Gail Martin (Brian) of Tyngsboro, MA and Jacquelyn Ryan of Hudson, NH.; his grandchildren, Christopher Perrin (Michelle), Jason Perrin, Joshua Perrin, Lauryn Cyr (Derek), Jenna Stoessel (John), Kasey Martin, Michael J. Ryan III, Molly Ryan and Shane Ryan; his great grandchildren, Jack Perrin, Charlotte Cyr, Owen Cyr, Solomon Perrin, Isabel Perrin, Lola Perrin and Peyton Stoessel; and his siblings-in-law, Gertrude Costa and Eugene Lally.
