He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Galeone and Ellen Galeone (McDonald); his former wife Barbara Galeone (Jacobson); and his sister Margaret Galeone. He is survived by: his wife Millie (Roche); his daughter Christina Galeone of Westborough; his stepchildren, Michael Lupachini, Sr. (Angela) of Upton, Marcia Sprague (Dan Lutz) of Addison and Peter Lupachini (Cesar Aguilera) of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Dale, Michael, Jr. and Gina; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lilith, Kole and Hunter; and his niece Kerri Cahill.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home (45 Main St, Upton, MA 01568). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Church (70 W Main St, Westborough, MA 01581).
