Slade (Laura) of Bellingham, MA, David A. Slade (Mary) of Bradenton, FL and Steven M. Slade (Rebecca) of Franklin, MA.; and his grandchildren, Owen Ernst, Nicole Ernst and Paityn Paquette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
