He is survived by: his wife Sharon Perkins (O'Hara) of Uxbridge; his children, Deborah Frasca (Michael) of Lehigh Acres, FL, Dianna Webb (Jon) of Uxbridge and Christopher Perkins of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Bryanna Duro, Jacqueline Frasca, Brittany Ernst, Jace Perkins, Brandi Webb, Teagan Perkins, Michelle Frasca and Nina Frasca; and his great grandchildren, Penelope Webb, Bowie Ernst and Finley Ernst.
