She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Lajoie; her brother Louis Dykstra; and her parents, Matthew Dykstra and Elizabeth "Betty" Dykstra (Lanting). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Wiersma of Uxbridge, MA and Daniel Lajoie (Amy) of Oceanside, California.; her siblings, Ralph Dykstra (Connie) of Madison, CT, Harvey Dykstra (Edna) and Janet Fairbanks (Arthur) of East Falmouth, MA; her grandchildren, Brianna Wiersma, Sophie Desrosiers (Matthew), Benjamin Wiersma, Madelyn Lajoie, Chloe Smith (Garrett), Jameson and Ryder Iraci; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Vaughan and Presley Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buma Funeral Home (101 N Main St, Uxbridge, MA 01569). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
