With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Phoenix Sr. of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brothers, Richard Phoenix and Ernest Phoenix, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Jacqui M. Phoenix; his children, David Phoenix, Jr., Lori Phoenix of Norwood and Mike Phoenix (Alana) of Uxbridge; and his brother Donald Phoenix. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
