He is survived by: his parents, Richard Chace and Leighann Chace (Green) of Uxbridge; his brother Tyler Chace (Hannah McKenna) of Uxbridge; his nieces and nephews, Mason and Rylee Chace of Northbridge; his grandparents, Dick and Lynda Chace of Mendon; and also Cynthia Green of North Brookfield.
