Machacz of Madison, NJ; his daughter-in-law Susanne Fausing Machacz; his grandchildren, Allison, Nicole, Thomas, Claes and Martin Machacz; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Flynn (Michael) of Duxbury, Roger Tancrell of Duxbury and Luke Tancrell of Columbus, OH.; and his loved ones Lord.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's Church (77 Mendon St, Uxbridge, MA 01569). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery - Uxb (88 Granite St, Uxbridge, MA 01569).
