She was predeceased by: her husband Austin L. "Jack" Carter; and her parents, John and Alma O'Brien (Trudeau). She is survived by: her children, Austin L. "Sonny" Carter Jr. (Aileen "Pat") of Sutton and Rosemary C. Salem of Sutton; her grandson Tim Carter (Emily); her great grandchild Caleb; her grandsons, Michael Salem Jr. (Sarah) and Matthew Salem (Theresa); and her great grandchild Emily.
