He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Joseph and Electa Bourque (Sturlese); and his siblings, Gordon, Eugene, James, Norman, Wayne Bourque, Catherine Miller and Patricia Harrington.

He is survived by: his children, Jesse Bourque Jr. of Douglas, MA and Michelle Credeur (Jeremy) of Arlington, TN; his sisters, Ruby Broussard of Port Allen, LA, Veronica Touchet (Glenn) of Forked Island, LA, Helen Stanisky of Montgomery, TX, Judy Shipperbottom of Hamilton and Ontario; his former wife Barbara (Begnaud) of Picayune, MS; and his granddaughter Zoey Credeur.
