She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaf Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Ambler); and her husband Stephen Chase. She is survived by: her brother Richard Johnson of Uxbridge; and her children, Deborah Temple of Westborough, MA, Carol Temple of Orange, MA, Scott Chase of Rochdale, MA and Stephen Chase of Sydney, Australia.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buma Funeral Homes - Uxbridge (101 N Main St, Uxbridge, MA 01569).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
