She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Milligan Jr.; her parents, Francis Byron and Mary Byron (Garagliano); and her brother Anthony Byron. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Mulligan of Gorham, ME and John Paul Mulligan (Erika) of Rutland, MA; her brother Wayne Byron (Linda Hopkin) of Bellingham, MA; her sibling's children, Andrea Zagaglia (Mark Zagaglia) of Bellingham, MA and Jonathan Calcagni (Monica Martinez); and her great-nephew Marky Zagaglia of Bellingham, MA..
