He is survived by: his children, Tonimarie Anzalone (Mark) of Malden, Alyssa Lincoln of Uxbridge, Christopher Lincoln of Uxbridge and Kyle Lincoln of Uxbridge; his granddaughter Cali-Rae Anzalone; the mother of his children Deborah Kennedy (Mathew Kennedy) of Uxbridge; and his brother Richard Lincoln of Peabody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and many good friends.
