He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. and Muriel G. Underwood, Sr. (Phillips); and his brother Donald Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Underwood (Adler); his children, Steven Underwood (Beth) of Whitinsville, Sharon L. Manz (Erich) of Sutton and Donna M. Sullivan (Steven) of Millbury; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Jason, Christopher and Kylie.
