We are sad to announce that, on March 6, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Sara Jane Slack of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, born in Natick, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Brian A. Slack; her siblings, George, Dana, Carol McNeil, Ronald Bradford, Marcia Feinberg and Barbara Creamer; and her father Robert Bradford.
She is survived by: her husband Michael B. Slack; her mother Sarah Bradford (Benedict); and her pet Penny. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
