She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Wallace Brown; her children, Richard W. Brown Jr. and Marilyn "Muffy" J. Brown; her siblings, Richard Sawyer, Charlotte Devine, Virginia Coombs and Sandra Bogus; and her parents, Vincent Metcalf and Evelyn Sawyer (Hammond).
She is survived by: her children, Steven H. Brown of Milford and Linda J. Whiting of Millville; her grandchildren, Janet, Jeff and Michael; and her great grandchild Liam.
