She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Irene Collins (Sullivan); her daughter Karen Chiumento; and her siblings, John Collins, Patsy Collins and John Bilodeau.

She is survived by: her husband William B. Williams; her children, Jodie Culcasi (Peter) of Northbridge and John Soave (Diane) of Worcester; her siblings, Michael Collins of Syracuse, Jerry Collins of Salem, Irene Collins of Hudson and Marylou Dickey of Salem; and her grandchildren, Madison Culcasi and Katie Russell.

A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM and at 11:15 AM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
