He was predeceased by : his parents, William Wurzburg and Florence Wurzburg (Poor); and his brother Eric Wurzburg. He is survived by : his wife Maureen Healy-Wurzburg of Uxbridge; his daughters, Kathryn Healy-Wurzburg of New York City, Alexis Wurzburg-Smith of Nantucket and Suzanne Florence Wigen (Healy-Wurzburg) of Auburn; his sons-in-law, Russel Wigen and Damion Smith; his granddaughters, Linnea Healy and Ella Rose; and his sister Janice Corson (Steve). He is also survived by his four nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to: Boston Children's Hospital Trust, 401 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02215-5301.
