It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anthony J. Scapicchio (Wakefield, Massachusetts), who passed away at the age of 93, on August 5, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Scapicchio and Antonetta Scapicchio (Giullo); and his sister Phyllis Freda. He is survived by: his wife Mary DeLuca (DeLuca); his children, Mark S. Scapicchio (Cheryl Perry) of Medfield, Steven S. Scapicchio of Melrose, Matthew A. Scapicchio (Deborah) of South Dennis, Anthony P. Scapicchio of Burlington and Claudia M. Scapicchio of Melrose; and his grandchildren, Anna, Peter, Isabella, Domenic and Angela. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Robinson Funeral Home (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church (1055 Main St, Wakefield, MA 01880). A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
