He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Jessie Marshall (LeBeau); his wife Patricia Parsons (Withrow); and his sibling Jessie O'Rourke. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Burke (Tim) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Kiley, Katherine and Samantha Burke. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
