She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. and Mary J Walsh (Aldworth); her husband Bernard Fitzgerald; and her children, Bernard and Mary-Ann Fitzgerald.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Fitzgerald of Wakefield, MA, John Fitzgerald, James Fitzgerald and Barry Fitzgerald (Margaret) of Lexington, MA; her grandchildren, Sean Fitzgerald, Liam Fitzgerald, Caroline Caito (Austin), Shawn Fitzgerald and Peter Fitzgerald; and her great grandchildren, Maeve and Quinn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (173 Albion St, Wakefield, MA 01880).
