It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Phelan of Wakefield, Massachusetts, born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Phelan and Dorothy Phelan (Kriegal); and his sibling Thomas Phelan (Carol). He is survived by : his wife Cecilia Phelan (McQueston); his nephews, Mark Phelan (Becky), Brian Callahan of Swampscott and Daniel Callahan (Jessica) of West Chester, PA.; his niece Rachel Bartolomeo (Philip); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann McQueston of Reading and Donna Callahan (William) of West Chester, PA. He is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews and dear friends.
