Fernandes; her siblings, Sandra Lemon (Donald), Justion Grabowski and Bryce Haley (Tia Dalzovo); Mark Haley. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 97 Reimers Rd, Monson, MA 01057.
