He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Giampietro and Sabina Giampietro (Lamonica); his son Peter Giampietro; and his siblings, Warren Giampietro, Annie Giampietro, Nicholas Giampietro, Mary Pedini and Robert Giampietro.

He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Burt (Burt); his children, Gale Koenig (George) of Hartland, Andrew Giampietro, Jr. (Donna) of Walpole, Donna Bedard (Raymond Sr.) of North Attleborough, Barry Giampietro (Heidi) of Bethlehem, Mary Lou Knight (Dallas) of Plainville and Glenn Giampietro (Christine) of North Attleborough; and his sister Nancy Brown (Fred) of Norton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
