She was predeceased by: her husband Guido Bernasconi; her parents, Harold Smith and Mary Smith (O'Donnell); and her siblings, Harold Smith, Jr. and Rosaleen Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Nolan of Milford and Patricia Dooley (David) of Douglas; her grandchildren, James Nolan (Louise) of Boston, Joseph Nolan (Denise) of Medway, Heather Taft (Jeremy) of Douglas and Jennifer Gasco (Tyler) of Grafton; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Brayden, Jackson, Lyla, Madelynn, Logan and Lacey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
