It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Marie (McManus) Farrell (Walpole, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McManus and Christine McManus (Ahern); and her siblings, Ralph McManus and Elizabeth McManus. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Farrell; her children, Jamie O'Leary (John) of Mansfield, Michael Farrell (Nisha Verma) of Norton and John Farrell (Julia Donahue) of Lexington; her grandsons, Lucas and Samuel; and her sister Mary Worthy (Bill).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gillooly Funeral Home (126 Walpole St, Norwood, MA 02062). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (10 Diamond St, Walpole, MA 02081).
In lieu of flowers, Christine's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
