He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Clarke and Blanche Clarke (Chadbourne); and his siblings, Gary, Carol, Delores, Roslyn, Sandra, Valerie, Marlene, Cindy, Billy, Ronny, Stephen, Laura and Chuckie Clarke. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
