He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. (Powderly); and his brother James Smith. He is survived by: his children, Earl D. Smith (Cynthia) of Walpole, Jean Cole (Robert E.) of Northport, ME and James Smith (Susan) of Walpole; his sister Emily Rogers (late Lenny) of Florida; and his great grandchild Brenna. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
