He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bringhurst and Eleanor Bringhurst (Pierce); and his son Jeffrey R. L. Bringhurst. He is survived by: his caregiver Sandra Lindsay Boyd; his son Rick; his spouse S. Lindsay Bringhurst (Boyd); his children, Ryan C. Bringhurst of Walpole and Troy L. Bringhurst of Cambridge; his sister Carol Oaks (late Robert) of Marmora; his nieces and nephews, Bobby McAllister (Erin), Kim Pettit (Bob) and Erick McAllister (Adriana); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kiley, Sean, Jack, Izzy, Charlie and Cole; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Boyd (Nancy) of Huntersville and Bethanne Enggren (late David) of Attleboro.
