He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tripp-McGrath (McCarthy); his children, Heidi Valle (Peter) of Walpole, Corey Z McGrath of South Carolina, Mariah K. Worton (Chad) of California and Jessica L. Tripp of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Veronica Whyte of Walpole, Jacob Valle of Walpole, Sadie Valle of Walpole, Greyson McGrath and Emery McGrath of Washington; his siblings, John J. "Joel" McGrath of Marshfield, Phillip Thomas McGrath of Middleboro, Jean Simmons of Bourne and James A. McGrath of Wrentham; his friend Simon Dodeman of Sweden; and his pet Doc.
