She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond York and Eileen York (Manson); her husband Francis C. Mason Jr., MD; her brother David York; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. David Bloomberg and Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia Ann Bjornson (Eric) of Portsmouth, RI, John Francis Mason (Ellen Cogen) of Westhampton, Carolyn Mason Wholley (Edward) of Weymouth, Michael John Mason (Michelle) of Norwood, Francis Charles Mason III (Kelly) of Somerville and Dr. Katherine Mason Hummel (Christopher) of Walpole; her grandchildren, Gunnar, Linnea, Anja Bjornson, Elizabeth, Chloe Mason, Raymond, Shane, Juliana Mason and Georgia Hummel; her great grandchild Bella Bjornson; her sister Lynne Bloomberg (York); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Slilaty and Dr. Albert Voelkle. She is also survived by six children and caring.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gillooly Funeral Home (126 Walpole St, Norwood, MA 02062). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
