He is survived by: his wife Karin HaganLoving (Ulanowsky); his sister Christine Hagan of Arlington, Virginia; his brother-in-law Philip Ulanowsky (Susan) of Purcellville, Virginia.; his nieces and nephews, Sampurna Ulanowsky, Lakshman Ulanowsky, Katherine Ulanowsky (Erlin Velberg) and Andreas Ulanowsky; Karin, Galen and Walden Sinha. He is also survived by relatives family, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's name may be made to one's charity of choice.
