He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cuoco and Elvira Cuoco (Capone); and his siblings, Gloria Paniello (Vincent), Michael Cuoco (Minnie) and Gino Cuoco (Rose).
He is survived by: his former wife Constance "Connie" Bradley; his wife Constance Ann Cuoco (Bradley); his children, Kathleen MacKinnon (Wayne) of Attleboro, John (Kathi), Christopher (Rebecca) and Gregory (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Nicholas MacKinnon, Lauren Andes, Michael Cuoco, Andrew MacKinnon, Ericka Cuoco, Julia Cuoco, Alicia Cuoco and Isabella Cuoco; and his siblings, Robert Cuoco (Carol) and Lorraine Preveza (Louis). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
