She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Skippy" Kozloski Jr.; and her parents, Albert Mackey and Harriet Mackey (Shaw). She is survived by: her children, Hillary Smith (Dylan) of Nashville, TN, Jared Kozloski (Lacey Elkins) of Oceanside, CA and Kathleen Kozloski of Nashville, TN.; and her close friend Gregory Wade. She is also survived by siblings, cousins, in laws.
