With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maureen Murray-Adamson of Walpole, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maureen left this world on September 20, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Joseph Murray and Maryanne Murray (Lamb). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Adamson; her siblings, F. Jay Murray (Kathy) of San Jose, Calif., Janis Sorenson (Rick) of Colorado Springs, Colo, Mark Murray (Anne) of Walpole, Mass. and Patricia Granzier (Mark) of Scarborough, Maine.; her siblings' children, Bryan Murray of San Jose, Calif., Chris Murray (Nicole) of Scottsdale, Ariz., Erik Asp (Annabel) of Denver, Colo., Jason Asp (Deona) of Denver, Colo., Michelle Murray of Walpole, Mass., Abigail Murray of Walpole, Mass., Katherine Granzier (Nathaniel) of Quincy, Mass., Michael Granzier (Emma) of Portland, Maine and Andrew Granzier of South Boston, Mass.; and her stepdaughters, Kristin Adamson of Germantown and Kara Johnson (Brian) of Wilmington, N. C.. She is also survived by two great nieces and six great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home (48 Common St, Walpole, MA 02081). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Timothy's Church (650 Nichols St, Norwood, MA 02062).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Dr. Maureen Murray Adamson Scholarship Fund.".
