He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. and Mary J. Lazzaro (Kilduff); and his father-in-law Robert Cusack. He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Cusack (Cusack); his children, Kate Anderson (Mike) of Wrentham, Sara Lazzaro (Matt Larson) of Foxborough, David Lazzaro of Norwood and Amy Alexander (Rob) of Walpole; his grandchildren, William Anderson, Nora Anderson, Ben Minghella, Mia Lazzaro, Jack Lazzaro, Charlie Lazzaro, Matthew Alexander, Aiden Alexander and Quinn Alexander; his mother-in-law Jacqueline Cusack of Walpole; his siblings, Robert Lazzaro Jr. (Roberta) of North Carolina, Jean Lodge (William) of Wrentham, Gerard Lazzaro (Jane) of Walpole, Carol Hopkins (Joseph) of East Walpole and Neil Lazzaro (Lisa) of Milford; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Cusack of Woonsocket, Anne Cusack of Walpole, Donald Cusack (Cathy) of Natick and David Cusack (Laura) of Stoughton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
