It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe R. Joseph of Walpole, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phoebe R. Joseph to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth Joseph; and her brother Steven Allen. She is survived by : her children, Andrea Hayward (Bill), Ronnie Bincer and Cindy Green (Todd); her stepchildren, Doug Joseph and Lynne Austin; her grandchildren, Mark Austin, Shannon Veno (Jon), Sean Hayward (Jill), Chris, Kara Joseph, Jonah, Caroline and Nate Green; and her stepsister Susan Sheehan. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
