With solemn reverence, we commemorate Richard Adams (Walpole, Massachusetts), born in Quincy, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on October 16, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Adams and Frances Adams (Morrisey); and his siblings, Theodore "Ted" Adams (Glenda) and Susan Riley. He is survived by: his wife Caren Cummings; his children, Matthew Adams (Clarissa) of Quincy, Christopher Adams of Walpole, Andrew Adams (Christine) of Walpole, Rayna Cummings (Jacob Post) of Walpole and Michael Cummings of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Isabelle Adams, Victoria Adams, Boston Adams, Hudson Adams, Liam Adams, Charlie Adams, Rudy Post and Theo Post; and his brothers, Doug Adams (Iris), Phil Adams and James Adams (Robin).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home (48 Common St, Walpole, MA 02081). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walpole Country Club (233 Baker St, Walpole, MA 02081).
