He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lisa Murphy (Camire); his children, Robert G. Murphy, III and Kathryn "Kay" Murphy; his parents, Margie Murphy and Robert G Murphy, Sr.; his siblings, Barbara Foley (Walter) of Walpole and Brian T. Murphy (Jenn) of Franklin; and his nieces and nephews, Jack Murphy, Sean, Sara Foley and Will Murphy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eaton, Funeral Home (1351 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (1360 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holyhood Cemetery (584 Heath St, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467).
