He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas T. Rayner and Josephine T. Rayner (Bonanno); his brother Edward Rayner (Marie); and his nephew Jeffrey Rayner. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Ney (Ney); his family Moultonborough; his son Jason Thomas Rayner; his daughter-in-law Cortney Myers; his granddaughter Gemma; his nephews, Andrew Rayner and Kevin Rayner; and his niece Kristen Rayner.
