He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Vellante and Annita Vellante (Mele). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Vellante (LeBlanc); his children, James "Jay" Vellante of Waltham, Brian Vellante of San Diego, David Vellante (Chiharu "Chi" Vellante) of Waltham and AnnMarie Vellante of North Chelmsford; his granddaughter Prudence; his brother Robert Vellante (Cynthia) of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Vellante of Dracut, Jean Vellante of Waltham and Beth Vellante of Andover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, his extended family, and numerous close and best friends.
