He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Witham and Ester E. Witham (Sampson). He is survived by: his former wife Ann Witham (LeBlanc); and his stepson Donald MacPhail.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Afflicted Church (920 Trapelo Rd, Waltham, MA 02453).
