He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blazejewski and Ann Blazejewski (Kish); and his sister Patricia Araujo. He is survived by: his wife Joey; his sons, Greg Blazejewski (Annette Rhodes) of Glendale, AZ and Mark Blazejewski (Maureen) of Dedham, MA; his granddaughters, Lucy and Emma Blazejewski; and his sister Helen Kilday of Nashua, NH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
