It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis J. Callahan of Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Joseph and Louise M. Callahan (Larson); and his siblings, Ann Garabedian, Robert, Jeremiah Callahan and Helen Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Callahan (Venesi); his brother Paul Callahan of Salem; and his sisters-in-law, Mildred Venesi of Washington, D. C., Barbara Sexton of Cambridge and Anne Phillips of Tampa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Afflicted Church (880 Trapelo Rd, Waltham, MA 02452). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
