He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Cusano (Mara); and his siblings, Dominic "Ken" Cusano (Vera), Richard "Dick" Cusano (Helen), Robert "Bob" Cusano (Roz), Virginia Hadayia (Fred) and Helen Bickford (Eddie).
He is survived by: his children, Donald Cusano Jr. (Lauren) of Westford, DonnaMarie Cusano of Waltham, Mark Cusano (Ellen) of Tyngsboro, Carlene Covino (David) of Northboro and Christine Cusano of Bellingham; his grandchildren, Shauna Narasimhan (Nathan) of Colorado, Collin Cusano (Linda) of Florida, Anthony Cusano of Westford, Justin Covino of Northboro, Allia Covino of Northboro, Amanda Cusano of Tewksbury, Sarah Signorello and Steve Signorello; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Dominic, Sara, Hope and Amelia.
