He is survived by: his parents, Youssef Chehade and Sylvia Chehade of Shrewsbury; his siblings, Marie N. Currivan (Donald) of West Springfield, Richard B. Chehade (Emily) of Shrewsbury, Robert J. Chehade (Anne) of Hopkinton, NH and Joseph J. Chehade (Kathryn) of Bolton; and his nieces and nephews, Isabel, Alexandra, Layla, Juliet, Will, Caroline, JP and Ava. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Out of an abundance of concern for the health of family and friends given the increase in Covid cases Jason's family now is asking that his services be private for immediate family only.
