He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Sforza and Edith Sforza (Bergonzi). He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda R. Smutok (Michael) of Whitinsville and Laura T. Hunker (Philip) of Portland, Oregon; his grandchildren, Annabel, Lillian 'Lily Smutok, Michael and Henry Hunker; his brother-in-law James Hall (Debra) of San Diego, California; and his nieces, Jamie Hassell Hall of California, Julie White of California and Sara Huddleston of California. He is also survived by daughters, grandchildren, family and friends.
