He was predeceased by : his daughter Eva Perry; his grandson Matthew Perry of Waltham; his parents, Amelia D'Andrea and Benedetto Pagnani of Italy; and his siblings, Antonio of Italy, Arcangela of Italy, Celeste of Italy, Giovanna of Italy and Onorio of Italy.

He is survived by : his wife Delia Pagnani (Nardone); his daughter Emily Sweeney; his son-in-law James of Waltham; his grandchildren, Michael Perry (Annie) of Bellevue, Washington, James Z. Sweeney of Puerto Rico, Jessica Sweeney (Stephen Wilcinski) of Dana Point, California and Erika Sweeney (Thomas Clancy) of Waltham; his great grandchildren, Jack, Oliver, Logan, Will and Woods; and his sister Caterina Ianucci of Sterling Heights. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM at the Nardone Funeral Home (373 Main St, Watertown, MA 02472). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (311 River St, Waltham, MA 02453). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Newton Cemetery (791 Walnut St, Newton Centre, MA 02459).
