He is survived by: his wife Catherine Skinner (Bella); his daughters, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Skinner and Catherine Skinner; his siblings, Julianne Small, Jeffrey Skinner (Laurie) and Jannette Garneau (David); and his siblings-in-law, John Bella (Deborah) and Elisa Bella Casella (Rick Casella).
